Macau & Hong Kong 20/5 to 24/5 (Day 2)

we dragged ourselves up fr bed tis morning..couldnt bear to step out of our cozy hotel..hahahah.. we walked dwn to the bustop which doesnt luk like one to me..waited long enuff under d hot burning sun..haha, n our roller-coaster ride begans...omg..nw i reali appreciate bus rides in sg...hahaha

we alighted at Lisboa casino/resort..then realise it's too early to alight..but anyway..we juz walked n walked, n finally we found Margaret's cafe...quite a lok kok plc..but it's famous for its portugese egg tart..to share...a history of portugese egg tart..Margaret's is one famous one..it's d ex-wife of Lord Stow-Macau's No.1 egg tart...which of coz, we r goin to try it too..for nw..we concentrate on Margaret's..

aft trying d egg tarts..we went shopping round n round at Senado Square, n ard Domingos..it's a gd shoppin area although i cant reali differentiate d diff plcs...haha..all i know is we walked round all parts of senado sq...probably every corner le

had lunch at d famous portugese restaurant--Plateo 九如坊 d fd is nice n i like d ambience..i do like d taste of d potato..shld b their famous portugese dish..but i duno d name...stri aft lunch, we walked dwn a few metres & it's another restaurant-Boa Mesa..haha..1 cool boss there, we had d famous chocolate moouse n portugese coffee-hehee-i luv d coffee..n again aft d dessert, we walked another short distance & started eating again.omg!!..at d Leitaria Ison 义顺炖奶, we had mango sago..d egg...etc...

aft bursting our stomachs..haha, we went to d post office there, since it's at Senado Sq too...posted a post card to ourselves...lol..n we stayed long enuff inside..coz of d aircon....its much better than d burning heat outside...aft cooling dwn..we walked another distance to had icecream-LemonCello..an italian gelato...i find it ok only..haha..i hv high standards for desserts..ok...n d end of our itinenary in d area..Ruins of St Pauls....it's luk so massive n magnificent..quite an impressive structure...n so coincidentally, while we were trying to find a kind soul to tk pic of us, a lady came up to us n say HI..i was wondering who was dat...whahaha, she's was d Giordano staff @ Venetian who 'serve' us yest....of coz, b4 dat..we stopped by n did sm shopping on d way to st pauls...we didnt climb up..coz we were reali exhausted le...aft a day of walking, didnt even hv energy to find our way bk..haha so we juz tk cab bk to venetian..

n lazed ard in our cozy sofa bed b4 stepping out of d hotel in search of dinner again...we took cab again..haha..lazy la..went to tis famous eatery 肥仔文 to try their 水蟹粥.. the waitress there say order a pot..juz enuff for d 3 of us...dat's v funny...when they serve it...i only saw dat it's one big pot...hw can d 3 of us finish it...lol..n sis didnt like it..so practically only irene n i was eating..haha..it's reali delicious..coz i didnt had much appetite for d whole day until tis came...& we also had tis super spicy XO noodles n a whole basket of wantons which we hv to 'dabao' bk of coz

so tis ends our 2nd day of vacation,still in macau

hehee..i hv been lukin forward to my trip..1st time in macau, 3rd time in hk...

our 1st time in budget terminal..sis & i was there 1st while waiting for irene who at all times mus choose to tk d train nw..faint..n my 1st time tking tiger airways..act i find it better than jetstar..anyway, dun expect much from budget airlines..hahaha..

upon landing in macau airport..we tk d venetian shuttle from there...wow, i can only say dat venetian is so high classn luxurious...our big bed room n living room..hahaha..nothing but compliments for our suite..ok, a sofa bed wif d tv in front n a study desk,etc in our living rm, then goin up d steps, it's our 2 double beds wif many pillows, n we hv our bathroom n toilet separate, plus a dressing table..haha, tis is good, coz all of 3 of us can use it at d sm time..haha save time, keke, best hotel i hv ever stayed in all d plcs i visited..we shopped ard venetian for d rest of d nite..since we didnt hv time to go out of there le...n ate at d 'big big fdcourt' there (juz luk at d pics...every pic is taken within venetian), & spend sm time at d casino which doesnt reali interest me..haha, there's no chance of me being a potential gambler, ok

n nt forgetting my unlucky stint..my dumbbie luggage lock won't open which reali spolits my mood..haha.but im still happy wif my roomie

anyway..tis is the 1st day of our vacation..spend solely in Venetian...
